Ship/Return

All orders shipping to a US address will ship free of charge via US priority mail.  We will do  expedited shipping, but the cost will be paid by the purchaser.  Any shipments to other countries, including Canada, will be paid for by the purchaser.

All the products seen on our website are manufactured by us in Oceanside, California, and we do so with a commitment that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

We want to be sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly take back any item that you wish to return within 30 days, provided it is in good condition, and either replace, or credit your credit card or issue a check according to your choice. No used vest will be accepted back.

All returns/replacements require a Return Authorization (RA). To request an RA number, please call 800-505-0050 or email info@coolmedics.com

To return or exchange an item by mail:


1. Box the item securely. The original invoice is required if available. Enclose the invoice plus all original packaging and accessories, and mark the outside of the package with the RA Number.

2. Indicate clearly if you wish to exchange the item, and if so, what style, size or color, or specify that you wish to receive a refund.

3. Address your package to 3210 D Production Ave, Oceanside, CA 92058, same as provided on the invoice.
