This neck cooler fits over the horses neck and mane to specifically cool this area. The horses’ mane is pulled through an open slit at the top which helps prevent the cooler from shifting.  Additionally, two Velcro fasteners and elastic secure the opening. Excellent for endurance, trail riding or resting.
